Current Vacancies -  Two Roles At Present

We have an opportunity for an experienced Baby Room Practitioner to join our team.


Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

· To provide high standards of quality within the nursery including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
· To work in partnership with parents/carers and other family members.

· To adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

· To ensure the planning and implementation of stimulating activities suitable to the age range of each child.

· To ensure the tracking and development of key children.

The ideal applicant:

  • Must have a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare

  • Must have baby room experience

  • Good knowledge of Safeguarding

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £17,633.00-£19,929.00 per year

37.5 hours per week Mon- Fri

Job Description Overview- Early Years Assistant

7.15am – 11am Mon – Friday

18.45 Hrs per week – Wage dependant on age, qualifications and experience

Purpose Of Post:

  1. To contribute a high standard of physical, emotional and social development for children placed in the nursery

  2. To give support to other personnel within the nursery

  3. To open the setting

 

Key Areas:

  1. Interact and support children

  2. To support the SENDCO

  3. Liaise with parents and carers

  4. To attend training

  5. To carry out routine risk assessments

  6. To observe and assess children

  7. To set up activities

  8. To lead a morning group session
