Main Duties

  • To have an excellent understanding and knowledge of the EYFS.

  • To ensure the planning and implementation of stimulating activities suitable to the age range of each child.

  • To support a team.

  • To attend all out of hours meetings and training, for e.g. monthly staff meeting.

  • To ensure high Health, Safety & Hygiene standards are maintained throughout the setting.

  • Partnership with parents

Required experience:

  • staff supervision & childcare: 1 year

Required education:

  • Diploma/Certificate Level 3 or above

  • Maths GCSE A-C

  • English GCSE A-C

  • Childcare: 2 years

We will arrange your childcare training Level 2 or Level 3 with our reputable training provider and you will earn whilst you learn!

We are seeking an enthusiastic chef/cook to cover maternity leave, with the potential to move to another position within the company.

Preparing four weekly cycles of menus for children aged 0-5, providing alternatives for those with special dietary requirements.

Full cleaning of the kitchen, ensuring that the area meets health and hygiene regulations.

Adhere to the ‘Safer food better business’ standards and record keeping.

Supporting the rooms and interacting with children during meal times.

Essential skills: - be passionate about providing a healthy balanced diet to children. Have a level 2 food safety certificate. Be able to work on your own and use your own initiative. Experience is essential
